These Terms govern use of AMH FieldScan, operated by Service Pricer LLC ("FieldScan," "we," or "us"). By using FieldScan, you agree to these Terms.
Service
FieldScan provides guided job-site capture, media storage, automated analysis, and manager review tools for field-service teams. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and limit access to authorized workers. Account owners are responsible for activity under their accounts and for configuring crew permissions.
Job-site media and permissions
You retain ownership of media and information you submit. You give us permission to host, process, copy, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve your FieldScan service. You are responsible for obtaining customer, property-owner, employee, and other permissions required to capture or upload job-site media.
Automated analysis
FieldScan may use artificial intelligence and automated rules. Scores, flags, summaries, measurements, and suggested decisions can be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace qualified human review, manufacturer instructions, permits, inspections, building codes, safety procedures, or professional judgment. The account owner remains responsible for work quality, release decisions, and legal compliance.
Acceptable use
Do not use FieldScan to break the law, invade privacy, upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit content you do not have the right to use. Do not upload payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical records, account passwords, or other unnecessary highly sensitive data.
Fees
Paid plans, trial terms, taxes, renewal timing, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Unless required by law or stated in an order, charges already incurred are nonrefundable.
Availability and termination
We may suspend access to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or stop prohibited use. You may stop using FieldScan at any time. Data export or deletion may be requested subject to applicable law, technical limits, and legitimate retention duties.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldScan is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular score, code compliance, defect detection, business results, or that every unsafe condition will be identified.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Pricer LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or field-work decisions. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for FieldScan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.
Governing law
California law governs these Terms where permitted, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
