Information we collect
We may receive account and contact details; questions, messages, lead and reminder details; company-approved knowledge; scheduling or pricing inputs; and technical information such as browser type, device, IP address, security events and service usage.
How we use information
We use information to deliver requested features, answer questions, route work, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, improve reliability, communicate with you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers and AI
We may send the minimum information needed to infrastructure, security, email, storage and AI service providers when a feature requires them. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or wrong; review important output before acting.
AMH Academy resume tokens
Academy course progress is first stored in your browser. If you request a resume token, we receive the email address you enter, a protected hash of the token, your Academy state, and created, updated and expiration timestamps. The same token updates as you train and each successful sync or resume renews a 30-day expiration. Anyone with the token can open the saved state, so do not share it. Transactional email and database infrastructure process this information only to provide the requested save-and-resume feature.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal or backup purposes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by using our data request page.
