You may use the services only lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, systems or networks. You are responsible for the content you submit and for decisions made from service output.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain the services.
AI output and human review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Review consequential output and maintain appropriate human approval.
Intellectual property
Service Pricer LLC and its licensors retain rights in the services, brands and supplied materials. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant the permissions reasonably needed to operate the requested feature.
Availability and warranties
The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, pause or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Service Pricer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. California law governs these terms without overriding rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
